With the exception of serious emergencies, it is expected that you keep all of your appointments. If you need to reschedule an appointment we require 24 hours notice. In such a case, please call our office and arrange for a make-up appointment with one of our patient care coordinators.

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. In order to provide the best care to all of our patients, we kindly request that you give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

  • No-shows (missed appointments without notice) may result in a $75 no-show fee and could affect your ability to schedule future appointments.

We understand that emergencies happen, and we will make every effort to be flexible in those situations. Please contact our office as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your appointment.

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us at 956-887-8898.

Thank you for your understanding and for respecting our time and that of our other patients.
